Are there hidden charges?       No. You will be charged as quoted for the Domain Name, Hosting, design & implementation of the site. Should any new requirements evolve as we are in the design process, they will be quoted as add-ons. Are setup fees a one time cost?       Yes (other than recurring Hosting & Domain fees). Should you desire to make changes in the future, we can either assist you with that or we can do it for you. Naturally, these future changes in scope will be quoted above the cost of implementation. Can you handle the hosting of our Website and register our Domain Name?       Yes. That is our preference as it allows us to better serve you in the future. How About Emergency After Hours Support?       Support is available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. Support after hours is on a case by case basis depending upon the severity of the situation. Do we get final approval before the site is launched?       No site is launched with the approval of a client. All sites are put on our servers temporarily prior to implementation and only the client is given the specific address for review. Is my project too small?       No project is too small. We do sites which range from single page personal websites to hundreds of pages E-Commerce & Platform sites. Is my site like any you've done before?       Your content & graphics may be different, but the coding, procedures & implementation of the site are shared by most all sites. I want a site like Youtube/...etc. Can you do this?       Sites such as the one you mention can be done by us. They are extremely complex & thus can run above the range of $8,000. Where do we start & how does this work?       Implementing a website is much like doing a startup plan for business. We need to establish your goals & expections of a site before we start the design. From that point on, you basically act as our consultant in the area of design & graphics. The site will promote your image & therefore will require some corporate branding such as logo's & general graphics along with your product or service line, etc.. The short answer is, we do all the work with your support! Do you use flash?       Yes. Flash is used quite often for an introductory page or banner image. Naturally, HTML backed by Style Sheets is the most economic way to go. Do you have any payment plans?       Yes. Each plan is tailored to the customers specific requirements. Do I have to host with you?       No. However it does make it easier for us to help you should you have any additional requirements in the future. Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?       Yes. We will assist you in transferring the Domain Name or redirecting it to the proper server. Can we manage & change our own site after implementation?       Yes..to a point. It depends upon your familiarity with HTML, CSS and Flash design. Where are you?       We are located in Central Massachusetts, USA. Would I be better of to use someone local?       It really doesn't matter unless it makes you feel more comfortable. All of the work which transpires up to & beyond implementation is done simply over the internet & by phone. Local clients are most often never seen because of the nature of the business. Can my site look like the one I sent you?       The site content & graphics are really up to the client. We may help guide you through the design process, but, in reality, your site can look like whatever you want. Do you design Logo's?       Yes. We generally do create them as many of the small business owners have never had the availabilty of the graphics expertise available through us. It falls into the category of 'Branding' What form of payment do you require?       You can pay by cash, check, money order, Paypal or any major credit card. Can you help us get listed in Search Engines?       Yes. All sites we do are automatically submitted to 4 of the major search engines. How long have you been involved in web development.       We have been involved in this marketplace since 1996. Do you have a specific geographic location you serve?       Not really. Naturally, a lot of our business is local but we are able to serve customers nationwide as all of our business is transacted over the internet anyway.
